When Stevie came to us from the pound, she was completely shut down, quiet, frightened, and unsure of everything around her.

She was placed in foster with one of our amazing foster families, who gave her the patience, safety, and kindness she needed to start trusting again. Slowly, Stevie’s confidence began to grow.
