3 year old Taro is in need of a new indoor home due to owners moving.
He is neutered and up to date with vaccinations.
Here’s what her owner has to say about him.
Full Health Check: 06/10/2025 (Full History Available)
Temperament: Relaxed, Curious, Confident Location: Dublin It’s with a heavy heart I have to rehome my boy.
He has been my companion all his life, no cage, with no doors closed in my home. If circumstances were different he would be with me forever. I’m sure like many, I just want make sure he goes to a good home that will care for him.
Taro is a soft and sassy soul that likes to be in your company. While he may not like to be picked up, or like jumping on you, one of his favourite things to do is be near you. Just within distance of a good head rub and scratch behind the ears. His routine is simple, eat, sleep, explore, repeat. He’s had a good life with me, plenty of places to climb on top of and hide under. His favourite spot has always been under the living room table on the big rug, he likes to have a shelter above his head.
As a Holland lop, Taro has had some issues with the canals of his ears. He has been treated extensively and given the best care by his vet. With their support his ears are healthy, but he does require a week of Bethidine drops once a month to keep them well.
For me, he will be perfect for someone who has experience with rabbits and has time to be his sole companion.
Possibly, he would be perfect for another rabbit looking for a forever friend. He’s not had the opportunity to meet other rabbits before, and has been the only guest when at rabbit boarding while I was away. I’d be happy to trial bonding, or schedule meet a greet for anyone interested.
For someone who can give him a forever home, there will be a full handover sheet for convenience.
