Veterinarians
Currently vets across Meath are charging between €70 and €130 for cat spay/neutering but we offer a discounted neutering voucher scheme with a couple of them:
As we’re funding this program with donations please consider paying an extra contribution towards our vet bill.
In all cases, we ask that you keep your appointment – or give plenty of notice – as each of these vets has provided us with discounts in order to support our efforts to help the unowned cat population in Co Meath. Each of these clinics has waiting lists for their surgery slots and late cancellations prevent them from booking other clients.
Feel free to make use of this scheme if you have one or 2 cats or kittens that need to be neutered. Through this scheme, you will pay 35 euros per cat or kitten and we pay the rest.
If you have more than 2 cats to be neutered the following applies (please email us at info@lasthope to get a code if more than 2 cats need neutering)
The first 2 cats will cost €35 each, and any subsequent cat will cost €10 each (for example if you have 3 cats to be neutered you pay us €80 (€35 x 2 + €10).
